Unable to create a GPGNet supcom 1 / FA account

Iam not able to create a user account for some weeks already. Is there any known issue?
I tried version 1.5.225 and 1.5.177|||Did you input a valid key? Also, always use version 1.5.225.1 (the latest version). Make sure the Internet connection is good.
What error did it give when you tried to make an account?|||Thanks for the replay!
I bought the gold edition with a key. Iam able to play the game and play with my friends when direct entering the IP. Also i can host a game.
I belive i configured iptables on my router correct.
I tried the NATtrace application given in this thread http://forums.gaspowered.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2531 and it fails on all UDP ports. (yes iptables is configured for UDP)
Acctualy iam not sure what this application is exactly doing.
Can anyone give me a kick to the right direction?
The exact error i got:
1 Core: 1 Could not connect to GPGNet: Suprime Commander
Please check your internet connection and try again.
My iptables rules that are appliable:
-A PREROUTING -p udp -m udp --dport 30350 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.8.20:30350
-A PREROUTING -p udp -m udp --dport 30351 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.8.20:30351
-A PREROUTING -p udp -m udp --dport 9103 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.8.20:9103
-A PREROUTING -p udp -m udp --dport 6112 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.8.20:6112
-A FORWARD -d 192.168.8.20/32 -p udp -m state --state NEW,RELATED,ESTABLISHED -m udp --dport 30350 -j ACCEPT
-A FORWARD -d 192.168.8.20/32 -p udp -m state --state NEW,RELATED,ESTABLISHED -m udp --dport 30351 -j ACCEPT
-A FORWARD -d 192.168.8.20/32 -p udp -m state --state NEW,RELATED,ESTABLISHED -m udp --dport 9103 -j ACCEPT
-A FORWARD -d 192.168.8.20/32 -p udp -m state --state NEW,RELATED,ESTABLISHED -m udp --dport 6112 -j ACCEPT|||You have to open up port 6112 for UDP traffic so that GPGNet will function. Try going to where ever your router is configured and open up those ports. There may also be a function within Windows that will allow you to do that, but unfortunately I'm not an expert at networking. It may be possible that a firewall is blocking GPGNet from connecting through the UDP ports.
