"CD key already in use"

My buddy and I are trying to play FA+Supcom tonight but the god's aren't with us.



He used to play FA+Supcom on an older computer that is no longer with us. Yesterday he installed FA+Supcom on a new computer. When logging in with his same old account he can only access FA. When entering the SupCom cdkey we get "the cd key is already in use". We've tried "lost your username" but we do not receive an email.



This doesn't make any sense to me.|||Try to PM GPG-Servo on this forum. He's a GPG employee and should be able to fix your problem.
