lost password and pass reset does not work

Hi there
I cannot reset my password and my account does not match my email address.
The username is correct
and the email address
I have opened the ports and even turned off my software firewall (comodo)
And it still doesnt work.
I have opened a new account to make sure my original details are accurate.
one says ID is taken
the other says this email address is being used on another account.
Yet i keep getting username and email do not match :(
windows 7 64bit
Does anyone know which version of .net I should be using its the only thing left I can try out.
