gpgnet not updating

Whenever I try to get on gpgnet from Forged Alliance it says it needs to update adn that I'll have to reboot for the update to take effect, but after rebooting I'll try to get on again and the same thing keeps happening.|||run GPGNet with admin. privileges (that means you don't open it from FA) and it should fix the problem.
