Well, we might be able to help if you explain what exactly happens, or if any particular error messages appear.|||It just said something wasn't found and I couldn't use it.|||Well you have to find something before you can use it.|||Unistall the gpgnet u have now

Run the setup.exe or what ever the package is and it should work for u better
