This is a very minor issue, but I thought I'd report it regardless.
In the Illuminate Mission 6 (Defeating the 3 factions), the research objective does not update correctly when you save and load.
Eg:
Research 1 or 2/3 research objectives.
Save the game
Load the game later
Research objective will show 0/3 despite having researched them.
The objective still completes fine when you research all three, it's just a display issue.
