why when i try to start gpgnet program i get this error? |||This is common a number of things could be effcting it.

run the setup.exe as an admin and it will install all that you need.

yes . i'm using XP|||are u usimg admin rights to run the program?|||idk , i have only 1 user , os i think this is admin user.|||on the gpgnet shortcut there is a combatability tab click it and tick run program using admin rights.
