Mini in game video very slow (codecs ?)

Hello,



In the campaigns each time there is an ingame video in the upper left corner of the screen the framerate falls dramatically (from 25fps to under 5fps) and the video often hangs with the sound cutting out etc..



Since installing Supreme Commander I also have the same problem with WinTV when watching TNT (Numeric terrestrial TV) it works fine 2 sec max then the sound goes and picture slows and hangs.



Does Supreme Commander install any codecs ? Anything else that could cause these issues ?
