unique problem recovering account

so heres my problem



while trying to log into gpgnet with my old account that has a sup com and sup com fa cd-keys on it i cant remember the password BUT i have access to the email used originally and the password rest wont work because GPGnet wont recognize my email / account combination. so i have it send my account to the email where i have access too but when i copy and paste the user that i got from the account recovery and the email it sent it too it gives me a bad user/email combination. so i cant get access to the account that is linked to them. so who do i contact for help in this matter? or what do i do about this.|||pulse_of_the_maggots
