Can't launch SC2?

[:1]Whenever i try to launch SC2 it won't start, i tried reinstalling SC2 and steam and also redowloading it from steam doesn't work.|||Any error messages?
Does the game show up in Task Manager?|||I'm not getting any error mesages.
