probleme d'installation

[:1]Bonjour a tous, j'essaie d'installer le jeu, mais durant cette installation une fenetre s'ouvre ce message m'indiquant un probleme de transfert video (c'est marqué redondance technique) movie:data2 (un truc dans se style). J'ai voulu désinstaller pour renouveller l'opération, mais je ne peux pas le désinstaller non plus. Une nouvelle fenetre m'indique une probleme critique lors de l'installation error n)2639, il me semble.
Voila, si quelqu'un connait se probleme, je serais ravi qu'il m'apporte une solution, afin que je decouvre ce jeu qui a l'air si bien.

• The DVD maybe broken.
• The error correction of the DVD drive is unable to compensate broken or 'dirty' parts of the DVD.
• The DVD drive maybe broken.
• The SATA/PATA controller maybe broken.
• RAM is running not well under their current settings (whatever they are).
• RAM maybe broken.

You can test RAM with Memtest.

Instead of installing from the Disk, you could also simply let the game download from Steam completely.
