[:1]I booted up sup com 2 the other day on steam and all of a sudden my mouse wont move on the title screen its there not moving but if I move the mouse around I can see the buttons highlight. I am running a alienware MX17 with a GTX sli setup. any help would be greatly apreciated. And yes I have run it on this machine before.|||anyone?|||Any software changes recently? Maybe update your drivers or roll back your drivers? This problem has come up before, but I don't remember the solution. Sorry.|||Any chance that you have reconfigured your desktop or mouse to display a different cursor or have some application driving its display? Perhaps reset your mouse settings to default and see if that fixes it.
It might also be specific to a certain display type or resolution, try switching to or from windowed mode, or out of dual monitor if that is what you are running and see if it persists.
Mostly guessing here, I haven't heard of this problem outside the scope of improper drivers.
- Servo|||how would I reset my mouse drivers?|||Find the brand of mouse you use, go to the manufacturer's website, go to the support section (they should have one), and download the appropriate driver for your product. Install the driver and you should be set.
