i ve got the same problem with supreme commander gold edition (french version) . I try to write the key in different way (with or without cap lock...) and the same message is returned by gpgnet : your cd key does not exist. But the key work for the installation of the game (sup com )so it wasn't a misinterpreted letters. It's gpgnet who refuse the key.



The forged alliance key work fine but not the supreme commander one.

actual state : GPGnet launch, "connect", bring up the "error.html" warning about having FA and not recreating account, then nothing.



if relaunching again, it says the account is already connected.

ok, when reinstalling FA, ( last state was after a FA uninstall , just SupCom and GPGnet running ) :

GPG still says my key is invalid ; and when clicking "chat only", it stays on the "loading page..." state.



after a clic on the "chat" button, Error : "Impossible to create the main chat room"|||I've experienced the same problem with the italian gold edition of SupCom: correct installation, correct online patching but gpgnet can't validate my key..

Also it's impossible to enter a chat room, because the system kicks me out instantly..|||In three days no one answered me, even Thq support doesn't consider that problem.. I'm really pissed off..|||I am the same problem. I tried to register my FA key and it told me the key was already in use. Which is BS because I bought the game from Walmart. Add all the executables (and directories) of Supreme Commander and GPGnet to the exclusion lists of you Antivirus (and Firewall). If that doesn't help, try to uninstall your antivirus completely and deactivate the windows firewall.|||Okay



I bought THQ Ultimate Strategy Pack (Supcom, CoH, and Dawn of War + expansion) today and I have the same problem.



Game installs fine with the CD key, but refuses to register with gpgnet posting "Invalid CD Key"



I tried disabling the virusscanner and firewall, but no results



I've entered the cdkey with and without hyphens (as the installation automatically inserts it without) capital letters and small and the font is clear enough to not confuse an S for a 5 or an 0 for an O.





This is in fact a problem with GPG and I would like to see this rectified quickly.

edit: nope, "CD Key (Doesn't exist).

When logging in, it tells me that I am already logged in.

I used GPGNet for the first time to get Black Ops:SpecWeps throgu The Vault. GPGNet updated itself first.
Now everytime I try to log into it, it tells me that I am already logged in.

I can't bloody find the Goddam interface. If I am logged in, where the HELL is GPGNet?|||that stays there for a while sometimes it may still think you are logged in best way to sort it out it to turn your internet connection off eg reset it|||Did that last night...didn't work.

SupCom FA problem online when playing with 6 or more people.

Hi, I recently got both Supcom and FA and when I try to play an online match that has 6 or more people I get extreme ping spikes up to 2000ms every second or so. This makes the game virtually unplayable for me and everyone else in game. I do not have an antivirus and my firewall is turned off. All of my other games, including other p2p games run flawlessly. I am using wireless internet, and windows 7. Ive read online that there have been some problems with Windows 7 in online games. I tried the fix but it didn't help. I contacted my ISP and they gave me a brand new modem, but it still didn't help. When I play 1v1 or 2v2 the game runs fine, and when im in the pre-game lobby my ping doesn't spike at all, but when the game starts it immediately starts going nuts. I opened the ports required for this game, still no luck. If anyone could give me some assistance it would be much appreciated.

AMD 945 x4 @ 3.0ghz
ATI 5770 1 gig
2 gig ddr2 ram
windows 7
ISP: Cablevison, optimum online.

my download speeds can vary, but upload is always pretty much the same.||||||That packet loss may be a problem. Any amount of packet loss is bad, especially for online gaming.|||Would 1% percent packet lose cause a game to ping-spike to a ridiculous level every second? As i said in my original post, I do not use anti-virus and my firewall is disabled. The only other programs I run are steam, daemon tools, and playertrack (a mod)|||Generally during the afternoon I get about 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload, similar to you.|||coveryfire|||the firewall that came with windows|||coveryfire|||After doing some research I believe I need a new router. The new Wireless-N looks like a decent upgrade.

Password Email

As i just reinstalled GPG.net and used the password given by GPG.net, i have to request the password now.
Although this sounds quite simple, GPG.net never sends me an email, although it says that one has been sent.
I hope any Admin can solve this problem!

Their is a sticky about CD-Key issues that tells you the information to send him just replace TheCoreCommand with GPG-Server. It can take a few days for him to get back to you as he has other responsibilities at GPG.|||Or use this link to pm him ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=18790 and he is a Gpgnet employee so don't expect a speedy reply

Can't create an account

I purchased Space Siege via Steam and want to play it online. But I can't create an account. I always get the messsage to try a different user name and password. I tried a lot of different user names and passwords (even very strange ones), deactivated my firewall, mapped the ports in my router (9104 & 9105 UDP and 11001 TCP) an installed the newest version (1.5.225.1).
Please help me|||I got the exact same problem, and a friend of mine as well.
Trying for days now.. it won't work! Opened all ports and disabled every firewall. Nothing seems to help.|||Please try again cause gpgnet servers where down during the time that your tried createingh an account.
I still think the system is down i check with an gpgnet employee about this.|||I am having the same issue. I have forwarded the ports, downloaded the latest version, and so far I have attempted twenty different password/user name combinations.
GPGNet will not accept any of the passwords or user names at this time. However, I will continue to hammer away at it and hopefully find one that works.
If this is a server issue such as Maintenance or just an Admin tripping over a power cable, I would suggest some form of status notification somewhere. Not having anything at all is just rude.|||Been trying this for days now. The servers still seem to be down.
No use in e-mailing support, you'll just get a standard reply that you need to send them your dxdiag info en all that useless stuff. Like any of that has got anything to do with creating an account.
