Menu Tearing

[:1]I've been having some graphical issues with SC2.
My computer was running the game relatively fine until recent, when the SC2 menu would get interesting tearing It seems like there is a problem with the way it is rendering the background video over the menu. This ONLY happens when I have SC2 use my second monitor. If SC2 does not use my second monitor, the menu runs fine. I also get this effect on the load screen and also during the video mission briefings but not the in-game ones. Also interesting is the fact that while all this tearing is going on, the image on my second monitor is just fine and dandy. Disabling SLI on my system also resolves the problem, although turning on compatibility mode multi-display does nothing.

I've reformatted/reinstalled Win7 and tried several nvidia drivers, none of which seem to fix it. I've also tried to disable the steam overlay and verifying game content, which didn't work. Even re downloaded it from steam. This makes me think that it is an hardware issue. However, none of the other games I have (BF:BC2, TF, BeatHazard, L4D2) present a problem with SLI enabled; although non of them are able to take advantage of the second screen as well.
